With a continously running clock perform:
1 Shuttle Run and 1 Wall Ball, 9/6 kg in the first 1 min
2 Shuttle Runs and 2 Wall Balls, 9/6 kg in the second 1 min
3 Shuttle Runs and 3 Wall Balls, 9/6 kg in the third 1 min ...

Continuing this for as long as you are able.
